FOR WHOM IS THE WCDN CONFERENCE?

We invite doctors, nurses and psychologists to participate in the conference
as well as people from other professions from the medical community.


CONFERENCE FEES:

The organizers of the conference, cover the cost of accommodation, costs of meals and coffee breaks.
Participants from Poland pay only the registration fee or optional additionally payable PLN 300 *
accommodation in a single room.

Participation in all sessions of the event
welcome package
conference materials
lunch on June 16th (Saturday) and June 17th (Sunday)
dinner on the 16th of June (Saturday)
coffee breaks
two days in a double room with breakfast at the AIROPRT OKĘCIE HOTEL, 15/16 and 16/17 June
(* optional additional payable PLN 300 accommodation in a single room - Limited rooms)


ACCOMMODATION

15/16 June, ie Friday / Saturday
16/17 June, ie Saturday / Sunday

By registering for the conference, the participant receives accommodation in a double room for two nights.
When filling out the application form, please immediately report the second person by selecting the first
form option number 2.
There is a possibility of booking a single room for an additional fee of PLN 300 for two nights. Number of rooms
Single-person is limited, the order of applications decides.
If the person reported does not need accommodation, please indicate it on the application form.

IMPORTANT
Due to the intensive program on Saturday, the organizers provide accommodation from Friday
expecting participants to participate fully in the event. There is no possibility for
accommodation only for one night.
